Description

The Aquila 145C High E Super Nylgut set allows the expansion of the frequency range of the Guitalele simply by changing the strings. High E tuning is one octave higher than the normal tuning of a classical guitar and so allows for sounds comparable to a violin in a symphony orchestra.

The high E set is also perfect for schools and musical institutions that want to explore new sounds and possibilities with their instrumental ensembles.

Super Nylgut strings are pliable but less stretchy than the original Nylgut, allowing them to settle in more quickly.

With a natural pearl colour and a smooth polished surface to the strings providing a more waxy feel, Super Nylguts are stronger and less prone to damage from sharp edges, offering better sound performance with the rich tone expected from the Aquila range.
